What HTMS™ does today, and what is still being validated

Every capability on this site is marked available or early access. Early access means built and working, and still being validated at live hotels. This page shows where each product stands.

PMS connections

HTMS™ works alongside your PMS. Two read-only connections are built; neither has been validated at a live hotel yet.

Other PMS products are not connected. Hotels using them record their systems in HTMS™ without a live connection. No PMS vendor certification or partnership is claimed.

How HTMS™ is run and supported

  • A hosted web application

Techorph runs HTMS™ as a cloud service. There is nothing to install; staff use it in a browser, and the staff app runs in the phone’s browser.

  • Each hotel’s data kept apart

Records belong to one account and one property, and what each person can see and do follows their role.

  • Onboarding and support by Techorph

Techorph loads your records before go-live and supports your team after it.

How onboarding and support work

Not available yet

  • A native iOS or Android app: the staff app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet.
  • A validated live PMS connection at a customer hotel.
  • Security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001: none is claimed.
