Support

You will not be left alone with a login.

Within one business day of buying, the Techorph team calls you, confirms what you bought and starts onboarding. We are hotel technology people, so the conversation starts from how your hotel runs, not from the software.

What happens after you buy

  1. Call

We confirm the products you bought and agree who at the hotel provides each set of records.

  2. Collect and build

Department by department, we collect systems, vendors, contracts, budget lines and documents and enter them in HTMS™.

  3. Validate

We check the first scores against your records and review them with hotel leadership. Anything we could not confirm is marked Unknown.

  4. Go live

Go-live comes when your team has reviewed the records and confirmed what is accurate. Each department then sees its own pages and the work waiting for it.

Who does what during onboarding

Techorph

  • Sets up your departments, systems, vendors, contracts, budgets and operational settings in HTMS™.
  • Loads the records from the files you send, and marks anything missing as Unknown.
  • Reviews the first scores with hotel leadership before go-live.

Your hotel

  • Names one person to lead onboarding at the hotel.
  • Sends contract files, invoices, a system or asset list, the technology budget and current projects.
  • Decides who gets access, and with which role.
  • Reviews the records and confirms what is accurate before go-live.

What buyers ask before they commit

Is onboarding extra?
Onboarding is required and billed once per property, with your first payment: $1,295. It is not a monthly fee. It covers loading your hotel’s records into HTMS™ before go-live.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and French. Assessments, reports and roadmaps are written in the language your leadership team uses.
What if we run a different PMS?
Oracle OPERA Cloud and Mews are the two connections built. Both are read-only and not yet validated at a live hotel. For any other PMS, our open API covers tickets, projects and asset discovery today, not PMS data. See the PMS connections.
